Manufacturer's description

Teresstic T 32 is part of ExxonMobil's Teresstic T 32-100 range of high quality turbine and circulating system oils, in ISO VG 32, formulated with carefully selected base stocks and effective additives, including antioxidants, rust and corrosion inhibitors and anti-foam agents. It is designed for circulating systems exposed to moderately high temperatures and requiring long service life, land-based and marine steam turbines, light duty industrial gas turbines requiring mineral oil, hydro-turbines and hydraulic systems. Teresstic T 32 is formulated specifically for turbine applications requiring good oxidation stability, rust protection and excellent interfacial properties such as air release and low foaming tendency. Benefits include excellent oxidation resistance, very good water separability, resistance to foaming and air entrainment (important for systems with short residence times), and very good rust and corrosion protection. The range is manufactured under ExxonMobil's Quality Integrity Management System (QIMS). Teresstic T 32 has a kinematic viscosity of 32 mm²/s at 40°C and 5.4 mm²/s at 100°C, a viscosity index of 100, a pour point of -30°C, a flash point of 222°C and a turbine oil stability life (ASTM D943, to 2.0 mg KOH/g) of 5000 hours. It carries GE Power (former Alstom Power) HTGD 90117 and Siemens TLV 9013 04 approvals, is recommended for GE Power GEK 27070 and GEK 28143A, and meets or exceeds GE Power GEK 46506D, Siemens MAT 812101, DIN 51515-1:2010-02, JIS K-2213 Type 2 and China GB 11120-2011 L-TSA (Class A/B).
