Eni CLADIUM 300 SAE 30 is a lubricant formulated with high quality base oils, developed for the lubrication of 4-stroke Diesel engines, which for the particular operating conditions and for the sulfur content in the fuel used require a lubricant with a base number (BN) medium high.

Performance & benefits

• Formulated with particular detergent characteristics that effectively prevent the formation of lacquer and carbon deposits on the pistons and in the grooves exposed to high temperatures, thus preventing ring-sticking.
• Its alkalinity (BN) inhibits the corrosive effects that can result from the condensation of acidic combustion products — particularly useful in engines with low oil consumption or in conditions that raise cylinder surface temperatures enough to promote condensation of acidic substances.
• Anti-wear characteristics ensure correct lubrication of the main engine's final reduction gears as well.
• Demulsibility allows easy separation of water by centrifugation.
• Antifoam properties reduce air-bubble formation, allowing a continuous oil film to form.
