Manufacturer's description

Eni Blasia 320 is a lubricant with EP characteristics for enclosed industrial gears, splash- or circulation-lubricated, subject to high mechanical and thermal loads and high speeds in the presence of sliding friction. Eni Blasia 320 can be used to lubricate other heavily loaded components such as couplings, screw drives and plain bearings at low speeds. It is also recommended for oil-spray lubrication systems.

Applications

  • Gear oil with EP (extreme pressure) characteristics for enclosed industrial gears lubricated by splash or circulation systems, especially under high loads, high temperatures, high speeds and sliding friction.
  • Can also be used to lubricate other heavily loaded components such as couplings, transmission screws and low-speed plain bearings.
  • Suitable for use in oil-mist lubrication systems.

Performance & benefits

  • Protects lubricated components during operation thanks to a robust anti-wear additive system.
  • Withstands high operating temperatures (up to 100 °C) thanks to very good antioxidant properties.
  • Non-corrosive towards gaskets and seals as well as metals such as steel, cast iron, copper and bronze.
  • Separates quickly from water that may accidentally enter the system, thanks to outstanding demulsifying capacity.
