Manufacturer's description

Eni OSO 100 is a high performance anti-wear hydraulic oil, formulated specifically to meet the most severe requirements set by makers of hydraulic equipment. It is formulated with selected base oils and a low-zinc additive package, which deliver excellent anti-wear, anti-rust and antioxidant properties. It is characterised by a high degree of filterability. Eni OSO 100 is also recommended for other applications where a single product with excellent performance can serve throughout.

Applications

  • High-performance antiwear hydraulic oil, designed to meet the most demanding performance requirements of a wide range of hydraulic-system and component manufacturers; formulated with selected base oils treated with 'low-zinc' technology for excellent antiwear, anti-rust and antioxidant properties, and outstanding in-service filterability.
  • Also suitable for other duties requiring lubricants of high oxidation stability and lubrication performance, allowing a single product to be used across a range of applications with excellent performance characteristics.

Performance & benefits

  • Prolongs oil charge life, extending relubrication intervals, thanks to very high thermo-oxidative stability
  • Suitable for hydraulic systems with very fine filters (3 microns)
  • Maximizes water-removal system efficiency thanks to excellent demulsibility
  • Protects components, reducing downtime, thanks to outstanding antiwear properties
  • Helps prevent aeration and cavitation damage in low-residence-time systems thanks to rapid air release
  • Minimizes deposit formation, contributing to system cleanliness
