Manufacturer's description

Divinol DHG ISO 46 (Art-Nr. 84350) is a zinc-containing detergent and dispersant hydraulic and gear oil in ISO VG 46 from Zeller+Gmelin. Its detergent-dispersant additive package keeps contaminants and small amounts of water finely dispersed, so the oil overlaps the application field of HLP-D alloyed hydraulic oils, and thanks to its additivation it is also suitable as a gear oil. The product is intended for mobile and stationary hydraulic systems with hydrostatic actuation, above all where condensation water is likely to form because of strongly fluctuating temperatures, or where aqueous cooling lubricants can penetrate the hydraulic circuit — typically in turning, drilling and milling machines, lifting platforms and similar equipment. Divinol DHG ISO 46 is also used as a hydraulic oil in injection moulding machines and for lubricating roller and slide bearings and machine gears; the machine manufacturer's instructions must be observed. Divinol DHG ISO 46 offers an excellent lubricating effect, high ageing resistance and excellent wear and corrosion protection. It exceeds the requirements for hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 part 2, HLP (with the exception of demulsibility).

Applications

  • Mobile and stationary hydraulic systems with hydrostatic actuation
  • Mainly used where condensation water may form due to strongly fluctuating temperatures, or where water-based cooling lubricants may enter the system, e.g. turning, drilling and milling machines, lifting platforms
  • Also used as a hydraulic oil in injection-moulding machines
  • Also used for lubricating roller and plain bearings and machine gears — follow the manufacturer's instructions

Performance & benefits

  • Detergent and dispersant hydraulic and gear oil
  • Excellent lubricating effect
  • High ageing resistance
  • Excellent wear and corrosion protection
  • Its additive package also makes it suitable as a gear oil
  • Zinc-containing
