Shell Rimula R3 20W-20 is an SAE 20W-20 monograde oil for older diesel engines and stationary equipment. Its active detergent system is designed to keep pistons and other engine parts clean, protect against wear and prevent deposits, and it meets API CF. Typical viscosity is 68 mm²/s at 40 °C and 8.8 mm²/s at 100 °C, with a pour point of -21 °C. It is not recommended for Detroit Diesel two-stroke engines.
