Eni Multitech THT 15W-30 is a multifunctional lubricant (UTTO — Universal Tractor Transmission Oil) meeting the John Deere JDM J20C specification, recommended for lubricating the assemblies built into agricultural machinery such as tractors. Its characteristics let it lubricate transmissions, hydraulic systems, power take-offs, oil-immersed brakes and clutches, final drives and differentials, except for applications that require API GL-5 oils.

Performance & benefits

• Excellent antiwear properties and suitable EP (extreme pressure) properties ensure a long lifetime and full protection of gears and bearings even under heavy loads
• Thermo-oxidative properties give high resistance to deterioration during prolonged exposure to high temperatures in the presence of air and other agents
• Anti-stick-slip additives and greasy characteristics ensure correct friction conditions, avoiding the vibrations and slippage in oil-immersed brakes that cause overheating, rapid wear and braking noise ('squawk')
• High viscosity index ensures good fluidity at low temperatures, allowing proper hydraulic-system operation while maintaining the viscosity needed for good lubrication at high temperatures too
• Neutral behaviour towards gaskets; in particular does not cause swelling of rubber components in hydraulic circuits
• Non-corrosive to steel, copper and all metals and alloys, keeping lubricated parts fully efficient
• High anti-foaming power prevents problems in pump and hydraulic-servomotor operation
