eni Simblum 3/L is a quenching oil for normal cold hardening treatments where a washable product is required. Operating temperature range: +30 °C / +90 °C.

Applications

• Quenching oil formulated with paraffinic mineral base oil, antioxidant additive and emulsifying agents, suitable for cold, normal hardening treatment when washability of the product is required.
• Operating temperature range: +30°C / +90°C.

• Achieves the cooling rate needed for the desired hardness while avoiding workpiece deformation and cracking.
• High flash point, reducing fire hazard.
• Outstanding thermal and oxidation stability, improving resistance to thermal shock and extending the life of the quenching bath.
