Eni Aster DE is a cutting oil formulated with highly refined base oil and selected additives that deliver high anti-wear, EP (extreme pressure), anticorrosive, antioxidant and anti-mist properties. It is free of chlorine. It is recommended for severe machining operations: gear cutting, threading and die-forming. Eni Aster DE is recommended for machining alloy and stainless steels, titanium, aluminium and yellow metals.

Applications

• Neat cutting oil formulated with highly refined mineral base oil and selected additives, delivering high anti-wear, EP (extreme pressure), anti-corrosive, antioxidant and anti-mist properties.
• Free of chlorine.
• Recommended for severe cutting operations: gear cutting, threading, tapping and punching.
• Suited to machining stainless steel, alloy steels, titanium, aluminium and yellow metals.
