eni ALNUS 336 AV is a special chlorinated product for die-drawing and press-forming operations.
Applications
- Stainless and special-alloy-steel bars, profile sections and tubes drawn at low and medium speed, especially on Schumag die-drawing machines.
- Difficult press-forming operations on stainless-steel sheet.
Performance & benefits
- High-viscosity drawing lubricant formulated with chlorinated compounds of controlled chemical reactivity and special adhesive, anti-wear and EP additives that increase its lubricating properties.
- Its antioxidant additive prevents the formation of deposits that are difficult to remove from drawn or formed materials, dies and machines.
- Its special formulation ensures long die and tool life and an excellent finish in both drawing and press-forming operations.
- Does not contain active sulphur.
- Can be applied by brush, roller or automatic dispensing systems, and cleaned off with petroleum solvents.
