Mobil Polyrex EM is the super-premium ExxonMobil polyurea grease in NLGI 2, specially formulated for electric-motor bearings. It delivers outstanding high-temperature grease life, particularly in sealed-for-life ball bearings (750+ hours in the ASTM D3336 test at 177 °C), and increased durability under mechanical shear. It protects against rust and corrosion, with additional protection under mild salt-water wash conditions compared with EM 103, and has low-noise properties suited to ball bearings in noise-sensitive applications. It is recommended by many major bearing and electric-motor manufacturers for electric-motor, fin-fan and high-temperature pump bearings. It meets DIN 51825 K2P-20.

• Mobil Polyrex EM 103 is specifically recommended for applications such as vertically mounted bearings or very large motors where a stiffer grease consistency may be required by the OEM.
