Wyrol H 32 is the low-staining ExxonMobil hydraulic fluid of the WYROL H series in ISO VG 32 (32 mm²/s at 40 °C), designed for the hydraulic systems of rolling mills. It is formulated with a non-staining base oil combined with shear-stable synthetic components, and its additives provide anti-wear protection, oxidation stability and rust prevention. It is recommended for mills rolling aluminium or yellow metals, where cross-contamination with roll oils could cause staining visible after annealing, and is suitable for low- and high-pressure hydraulic systems. It meets FDA 21 CFR 178.3570, so it can be used in mills producing foil or sheet stock for food packaging. Density 850 kg/m³ at 15 °C, pour point -18 °C, flash point 130 °C.

Applications

• Recommended for mills rolling aluminium or yellow metals, where cross-contamination of conventional hydraulic oils with roll oils could cause staining problems.
• Viscosity grades 15 and 32 are suitable for use in both low- and high-pressure hydraulic systems of rolling mills.
