- HM/HLP hydraulics
ISO VG 46
Zinc-free hydraulic fluid for industrial and mobile equipment
Parker Denison HF-0 — hydraulic fluid, most severe level
Most severe Denison hydraulic fluid level: wear tests on both vane and piston pumps, dry and with water.
Eaton Vickers Brochure 694 — fluid requirements
The Vickers brochure with the classic requirements for hydraulic oils in vane and piston pumps: cleanliness, antiwear, thermal stability.
Fives Cincinnati P-70 — ISO VG 46 hydraulic oil
Fives Cincinnati approval for machine tool fluids; hydraulic fluids with own wear, filterability and water separation tests, beyond DIN 51524-2.
Hydraulic oil, type H HM — ISO 11158
The international standard for mineral hydraulic fluids; class HM is the antiwear oil, the ISO counterpart of DIN 51524-2 HLP.

Shell Tellus S3 M are high-performance hydraulic fluids based on a "zinc-free" formulation technology, to deliver outstanding protection and performance in most manufacturing operations and mobile equipment. They resist degradation caused by heat or mechanical stress, helping to prevent the deposits that can reduce hydraulic system efficiency. The ISO VG 46 grade has a kinematic viscosity of 46 cSt at 40 °C and 6.8 cSt at 100 °C, with a viscosity index of 105.
