Mobil DTE 10 Excel 150 is the ISO VG 150 grade of the Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series of high-performance, anti-wear hydraulic oils specifically designed for modern, high-pressure industrial and mobile equipment hydraulic systems. Built from synthetic-technology base oils and a proprietary additive package, they deliver well-balanced performance across a range of applications, with outstanding oxidation and thermal stability that supports long oil life and minimizes deposit formation in severe systems using high-pressure, high-output pumps. The series offers innovative ultra keep-clean performance that protects critical components such as tight-tolerance servo and proportional valves, plus a shear-stable, high viscosity index that supports a wide operating temperature range and outstanding air release that helps prevent cavitation damage and micro-dieseling. Its zinc-free anti-wear system protects gear, vane and piston pumps while minimizing deposits, and the product is not acutely or chronically toxic to the aquatic environment per GHS/OECD criteria. Laboratory and field testing shows Mobil DTE 10 Excel can deliver quantifiable increases in hydraulic efficiency versus other Mobil hydraulic oils, translating to reduced power consumption or increased machine output. At ISO VG 150, it has a kinematic viscosity of 148 mm²/s at 40 °C and 17.2 mm²/s at 100 °C, a viscosity index of 121 and a pour point of -38 °C. It is recommended for applications requiring Valmet Paper RAUAH02724_02_EN_V, Voith Paper VS 108 5.3.1 2023-04 (wet end), Voith Paper VS 108 5.3.3 2023-04 (off-line coaters), Voith Paper VS 108 5.3.4 2023-04 (hydraulic roll) and Voith Paper VS 108 5.3.5 2023-04 (shoe press). It meets or exceeds China GB 11118.1-2011, L-HM(General), DIN 51517-3:2018-09, DIN 51524-2:2017-06 and ISO L-HM (ISO 11158:2023).
