Eni Eco Grease Plus 2 is a readily biodegradable grease according to method OECD 301B. It is a multipurpose grease based on anhydrous calcium soap with synthetic esters, additivated for anti-rust, antioxidant and EP (extreme pressure) performance. Eni Eco Grease Plus 2 is intended in particular for lubricating bearings, chains, cables and components operating in environmentally sensitive areas where contamination of the environment is a risk. It is recommended for components operating in wet and marine environments, ships' deck equipment, port cranes, water treatment plants, sluice gates and the like. Eni Eco Grease Plus 2 is also used for lubricating tunnel boring machines (TBM), agricultural and marble-working machinery, and for railway applications.
