Eni MX 4106 is a high ethylene Olefin Co-Polymer (OCP) with very good shear stability properties.
Applications
- Used as a non-dispersant Viscosity Index Improver (VII), together with a suitable Pour Point Depressant, in automotive lubricants.
- Suggested treat levels for mineral formulations with the additive package: 4.5-8.0% wt (SAE 10W-30), 9.5-13.0% wt (10W-40), 6.5-9.5% wt (15W-40), 10.5-14.0% wt (15W-50), 1.0-3.0% wt (20W-40), 4.5-8.0% wt (20W-50).
